On the shores of belfalas a small boat stranded few weeks after the fall of Numenór. A fisherman who had been on the see when the golden island sank set his feet on the earth of middleearth for the first time. He was the father of Atanalcars ancestors. Atanalcar grew up in the wilderness, always on the run. Nobody could be trusted in this hostile land now when even the valar had forsaken them, was what his mother taught him. He was taught to provide for himself and to hate those who would take from him what was his : everyone. His parents died young, the hardships they suffered were severe, and left Atanalcar to roam the wild lands in search for food ... and revenge.
